Your afternoon begins at our driving range, where your private bay is cordoned off to ensure no wandering families, birthday kids or unsuspecting civilians get caught in the crossfire of your swing attempts. The lads pick up clubs and instantly transform into self-appointed coaches, analysts and experts despite having no clue what they are talking about. The buck takes his first shot with all the confidence of a man who watched half a tutorial once, only to send the ball into a fascinating diagonal path that physics refuses to claim. Another mate surprises himself with a clean hit. Someone else produces such a chaotic slice that the group collectively decides not to mention it ever again. Balter beers hit the hands, fuelling even bigger swings, louder commentary and unearned swagger. It is everything a Bucks warm-up should be.
Fresh from rewriting the rules of golf, the lads head to our premium bar and bistro, where your reserved seats mean no table hunting, no splitting the group and absolutely no stress. The house beer jug lands on the table like a championship trophy, instantly igniting proud retellings of heroic drives, tragic misses and completely fictional victories. The buck pours the first glass as if he won the Masters. The boys encourage this delusion wholeheartedly. It is tradition.
The group then swings into our sports bar, where a two-hour reserved table anchors the next feast. A schooner appears in front of every bloke upon arrival, smoothing the transition into wing domination mode. Chips pile high across the table as the wings vanish with impressive speed.
